Después de casi 2 meses de espera por el pago de 4 terminales por el valor de 1600€. Le escribo varias veces a su chat de ayuda o correos electrónicos, y no me saben dar más respuesta que: "Tenga Paciencia, en breve le pagaremos" o " Me voy a poner en contacto el departamento de contabilidad para que le abonen lo antes posible". Ahora ya le reclamo que si no me van a pagar que me devuelvan los dispositivos y me dicen que ya es demasiado tarde. Ya no sé que más hacer para conseguir que me paguen.

Hello, I've been waiting for 3 months to be paid for the sale of 4 devices. In these 3 months, I've tried to communicate with you to find out what the problem is with the payment, and the only response I get is to be patient or that they will contact the accounting department... I think 3 months of waiting is already too much, especially without any explanation about what the problem is. Whether it's a problem with making the payment through PayPal, or a problem with a lack of funds... Because I don't believe the excuse that there's a high volume of work, 3 months of delay? 3 months of waiting even when the person writes to you saying that the money hasn't arrived? It smells more like an attempted scam, that you have no intention of paying me at any point. I even gave you options to solve this problem: that you return the phones, payment to a bank account number, payment through other devices for the same value... and you only tell me to be patient. When you sell a device, you don't wait 3 months for the customer to pay you, do you? Well, don't do that to other people. We're not talking about €200, we're talking about €1600, I think that's a considerable amount of money. You were a page that I recommended to other people to sell their devices, but honestly, considering my experience, I can only say that you are scammers. I didn't want to go to the extreme of having to report you, but I will have to contact a lawyer and report you. I hope you understand my frustration with this situation. 3 months is a long time, patience has a limit.
