During the booking process passenger has read and accepted eSky Terms and Conditions and withdrawal policy, and also Ryan Air booking conditions. All flight details were available during the booking process.There is no technical possibility for passenger to be redirected to the eSky website from the official Ryanair website, and the selection of our site took place directly in the search engine. Additionaly during the reservation process eSky logo was in the upper, left corner.Booking JE2R9S which was issued through our agency was valid for use and our Customer Support department informed the passenger of the additional verification and the need to check in at the airport.We also want to stress the fact that booking JE2R9S is subject to the General Conditions of Carriage and Tariffs of the Ryanair which specify that ticket is non-refundable. In the event of a voluntary cancellation or no show, the passenger will lose the entire amount paid on it.Taking into consideration all the circumstances related to your booking we cannot accede to your request.
