Estimados sres,, por la presente les comunico que el cargo de 445,02 euros del 13/6/2023 de su empresa Esky Esky.es correspondiente a la reserva nº. 1515238944 no es correcto.A principios de Junio realizamos una búsqueda de vuelos a Viena a través de la plataforma Sky Scanner, elegimos uno de ryan air y rellenamos los datos de la tarjeta en su plataforma, pero nuestro banco, activo bank no autorizaban el pago, les llamamos por teléfono a Activo Bank/ Banco de Sabadell y nos dicen que su plataforma ( sky scanner) no está autorizada a cargar importes al banco, a lo que preguntamos si teníamos que anular algo y nos dijeron que no, que al no estar autorizados ( sky scanner) no se iba a realizar ningún cargo.Así que compramos de nuevo los billetes con la misma tarjeta, pero directamente con la aerolínea Ryan Air el día 11/6/2023.Nunca viajamos ni realizamos ningún check in con Vds., por lo que apelando a su buena fe espero que me devuelvan el importe de un viaje que nunca hice con Vds.Agradeciendo su atención , espero den solución a mi reclamación, reciban un saludo

During the booking process passenger has read and accepted eSky Terms and Conditions and withdrawal policy, and also Ryan Air booking conditions. All flight details were available during the booking process.There is no technical possibility for passenger to be redirected to the eSky website from the official Ryanair website, and the selection of our site took place directly in the search engine. Additionaly during the reservation process eSky logo was in the upper, left corner.Booking JE2R9S which was issued through our agency was valid for use and our Customer Support department informed the passenger of the additional verification and the need to check in at the airport.We also want to stress the fact that booking JE2R9S is subject to the General Conditions of Carriage and Tariffs of the Ryanair which specify that ticket is non-refundable. In the event of a voluntary cancellation or no show, the passenger will lose the entire amount paid on it.Taking into consideration all the circumstances related to your booking we cannot accede to your request. We sympathize with your circumstances but we cannot offer satisfactory solution.
