Problema con el cambio de billete

Hola. Realicé un cambio erróneo de fecha de billete asesorada por una persona de atención al cliente que no me dió la información correcta. Al pedir ayuda para modificar el cambio me indicaron que debía volver a pagar la tasa y ante la petición de hablar con alguien para presentar una queja se mostraron indiferentes indicándome que solo se podía realizar online y que no me iban a dar ninguna solución.
