PROBLEMA CON COBRO POR ROAMING Y BONO EVERYWHERE

Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque tengo un problema en la facturación y cobro de consumo de internet en el mes de agosto, en la hoja numero 9 del listado de facturas de Orange aparece el horario en que se activo el bono everywhere y el horario en que se consumio roaming zona 2:Zona 2: 11:42:30hs del 30/08/2023 empece a consumir roaming en suiza y figura el consumo de 4,88MB, 26,10KB, 5,87MB, 20,72KB, 2,12MB, 5,87MB, 6,34MB, 3,52MB, 303,71KB, 888,12KBTotal: 32,42245 MB FUE EL CONSUMO EN ZONA 2 Bono Everywhere semanal zona A: 12:11:45hs del 30/08/2023 Al activarse este bono semanal los gb pasaban a costar 1GB x 20 euros/semana iva incluidoEl total de consumo en zona 1 , zona 2 y bono everywhere es de: 5451,35 MBORANGE QUIERE COBRARME 321,52€ POR 61 CUOTAS SEGUN DICE SU FACTURA EN HOJA Nº 14INICIE VARIAS INCIDENCIAS CON ORANGE Y ME HAN CORTADO LAS LINEAS DE TELEFONO E INTERNET EN CASA, AYER TUVE QUE PAGAR EL 65% DE LA FACTURA PARA QUE ME REESTABLEZCAN LOS SERVICIOS, TENGO 7 DIAS PARA PAGAR EL 35% RESTANTE, MARTES 17/10 O ME CORTAN LOS SERVICIOS, HAY GRABACIONES DONDE SOLICITO INFORMACION SOBRE QUIEN CIONTROLA LO QUE ELLOS FACTURAN Y ME DICEN QUE TENGO QUE IR AL AYUNTAMIENTO A ASESORARME...SOLICITO REVEAN EL LISTADO DE HORARIOS DE SUS FACTURAS DONDE FIGURA EL HORARIO CUANDO ACTIVE EL BONO EVERYWHERE Y LO CONSUMIDO, Y ME COBREN SOLO LO CONSUMIDO EN EL HORARIO ZONA 2 COMO FIGURA EN FACTURASin otro particular, atentamente.Alejandro Arrighi

Hola, he intentado comunicarme a este número: 55882018 y es un número inexistente.En el 2206 no me dan una respuesta a este problema, espero me den una solución desde este departamento de servicios especializadosPido a Orange revisar facturación del mes de Septiembre y reintegrarme el dinero que corresponde segun lo que indica la tarifa en factura emitida, horario de activacion de bono everywhere y consumo en dicho horario y consumo en horario Zona 2,Espero una respuesta por estos medios, sino tendre que iniciar acciones legales,Gracias
