A few weeks ago, I simulated the purchase of four tickets in two different orders, meaning two tickets in one order and two in the other. Since I wasn't interested in them, I let them go and placed another order for two tickets, which I ultimately paid for. They sent me the payment confirmation by email. Today, a few days later, they're asking me to pay for the two orders, which were increased due to not having paid beforehand. The total amount for each order is €310. Since I didn't enter any of my card details, I thought it would be canceled as normal, especially considering I had already paid for another order. ORDERS NOT COMPLETED: 615009GT and 615010GT. ORDER PLACED AND PAID: 615017GT. I need a solution as soon as possible.
