Problema asiento menor

Buenas tardes.Mi nombre es Sandra.Me pongo en contacto por un problema del que espero recibir solución.Hicimos la compra de billetes de vuelo de ida y vuelta para viajar de Madrid a Ibiza el día 22/08/2023 con vuelta de Ibiza a Madrid el día 30/08/2023 para tres personas, siendo una de ellas una menor de 7 años de edad.Las reservas las gestioné desde la app de Ryanair elegiendo los asientos para el vuelo de ida desde el mapa asegurándome bien del lugar que ocupaban.Cuando llegó el momento de gestionar la elección de los asientos del vuelo de vuelta, elegí la opción que aparecía de elegir los mismos que los elegidos en el vuelo de ida. Para este último caso, no me apareció ningún mapa ni ninguna información de donde estaban ubicados dichos asientos, por lo que al no disponer de información entendí que estaban ubicados en el mismo lugar que los asientos del vuelo de ida.Para mi sorpresa, en el vuelo de regreso a Madrid, a la hora de sentarmos en nuestros asientos me encontré con que estaban ubicados en la salida de emergencia pudiéndose comprobar un cartel informativo comunicando que los menores de 15 años y personas con movilidad reducida no podían ocupar esos asientos.Como he comentado anteriormente, viajaba con una menor de 7 años que tuvo que ocupar esos asientos sin deber hacerlo porque ni se me había avisado en la reserva ni se nos ofreció otra alternativa.Viajamos muy disgustados todo el trayecto por la falta de seguridad.Solicito el procedimiento para interponer una reclamación con toda la información y una solución.Un saludo.

Como veo que no he recibido respuesta ni solución. Voy a proceder a denunciar. Lo ocurrido fue algo muy grave y nadie me da solución.

Buenas tardes.No estoy para nada de acuerdo con la respuesta proporcionada.¿Como voy a gestionar el cambio de los asientos si en ningún momento yo recibí el aviso de que los asientos estaban en la salida de emergencia? De igual modo, si se está comprobando que yo voy a viajar con una menor, ¿como es posible que en ningún momento se nos haya impedido ocupar esos asientos?No estoy nada conforme y elevaré el caso donde sea necesario.
