Hi, I bought a phone online from worten a year ago. It was faulty & they offered me a refund which was good but the bank account I bought the phone from was closed & I told them this numerous times but they ignored me. So they paid the refund into the closed bank account & because it is closed the bank said I cannot access this money & they sent it back to Worten. I even got proof from the bank saying this. You can only contact them online which is bad & every time I do Worten says the bank has my money & I need to go there. I have been to the bank 5 times & they say because my bank account is closed it is sent back to worten. I am even willing to accept a credit note but they refuse. All I want is a new phone for my son but Worten will not give me my money back
