Hola, we are 5 families in the Godella, Valencia children's municipal soccer team that have placed orders for soccer uniforms for our children. The Godella Futbol club asked us to purchase these uniforms through the company "Futbol Emotion"online store https://www.futbolemotion.com/. The company provided guidance on sizing on their website but no one had the opportunity to try on the clothes beforehand. Each family spent about 175 Euros on the uniform kit/package and all of us received very small uniforms that don't fit our children (in other words, their guidance was wrong or the clothes they produce are wrong - as half a children's sports team doesn't make an identical error.) The company received an email from all the affected children's parents explaining that the same issue has impacted all of us - but still they dont want to take responsibility. They are only willing to exchange 2 items from the uniform kit and would essentially force everyone to buy the rest of the items a second time (as for many of us the entire uniform kit doesn't fit our child.) You can see the correspondence in the emails attached. We would be grateful for your intervention to request the company to take full responsibility for guiding the families incorrectly. They should replace our full uniform kits with the correct size and not expect parents to pay for the company's mistake. We would appreciate your support for this group of parents who are affected. Our children who are impacted are all about 9 years old.
