To whom it may concern, I am writing to complain about a charge made to my account during a stay in Melia London on the dates 27th to 31st under Julia Bruton reservation code TDPIMQ 2500092929. I forgot my personal phone in the office during my business trip, and I made a couple of calls , for which I was charged 405 pounds, which I think its an absolute ridiculous price for a phonecall. First of all, if these charges are so high, you should be warning what the rates for these phonecalls , and secondly make sure the customer agrees in advance. Should I had known what these charges were going to be I would have not made these phone calls AT ALL. I claim this amount to be refunded as soon as possible as this charge was completely unfair and unexpected, it was furthermore charged to my corporate account, which is even worse as I now need to revert the payment with my company and this is going to create many issues.
