Hemos podido verificar que su reserva incluia equipaje facturado
Esto aparece reflejado tanto en nuestra pagina web como en nuestros Terminos y Condiciones, los cuales se acuerdan en el momento de adquisicion del billete.

Si el pasajero se ha presentado con un equipaje de diferentes dimensiones a la que se muestra en la imagen o ha llegado a la puerta de embarque con el, es por ello que se le ha cobrado la tasa en el aeropuerto.
Por tanto y lamentandolo mucho en este caso el cliente no esta autorizado a obtener el reembolso del importe solicitado.
