Upon checking, the platform has processed refunds for the two orders reported by the consumer on September 16, 2025. For order PO-186-17602245973113515, the amount of 30,92€ has been refunded to the original payment method. Once the refund has been successfully processed, please note that it may take 1-5 business days for the refund to appear in in the consumer's account, as the processing time is subject to the policies of their financial institution.
Regarding the promotional order PO-186-17602204030073515, the items were obtained through the promotional event and the platform has issued 12,75€ in Temu Credit. Temu credits do not expire and can be used with coupons, free shipping activities, and other promotional activities. Consumers are welcome to use their Temu Credit whenever they choose to return and shop with Temu again.
