Hola, El pasado viernes 22 de agosto recibí un correo que decía que se me habían entregado dos paquetes que estaba esperando (números de rastreo: PO-186-17602245973113515 // PO-186-17602204030073515), pero hubo gente en casa todo el día y ni siquiera llamaron al timbre. He preguntado y ningún vecino lo recogió por mi. En el correo de confirmación hay un comprobante FIRMADO usando mi nombre y un DNI falso, lo cual es ilegal (se me ha suplantado) y me parece vergonzoso porque no recibimos absolutamente nada. Pedí un reembolso que Temu me niega porqué les aparece como entregado, pero llevo desde entonces intentando ponerme en contacto con la empresa de mensajería (A tu hora express) sin éxito. Nadie me coge el teléfono a pesar de que llamo dentro del horario de atención al cliente, el bot es inútil y he llegado a estar OCHO MINUTOS en llamada esperando que me lo cojan. Me parece vergonzosa la situación y exijo una explicación y responsabilidad por parte de Temu.

Yes, I would like to be refunded for the package that I paid for. As for the Temu Credit, it will not be necessary, as I certainly do not plan to shop from Temu ever again. Thank you for your response Sara

Dear Sir or Madam, This is the response to the consumer complaint received on September 15, 2025 in respect of the case numbered . Upon checking, the platform has processed refunds for the two orders reported by the consumer on September 16, 2025. For order PO-186-17602245973113515, the amount of 30,92€ has been refunded to the original payment method. Once the refund has been successfully processed, please note that it may take 1-5 business days for the refund to appear in in the consumer's account, as the processing time is subject to the policies of their financial institution. Regarding the promotional order PO-186-17602204030073515, the items were obtained through the promotional event and the platform has issued 12,75€ in Temu Credit. Temu credits do not expire and can be used with coupons, free shipping activities, and other promotional activities. Consumers are welcome to use their Temu Credit whenever they choose to return and shop with Temu again. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
