Hemos realizado la búsqueda de su reserva en nuestro sistema utilizando los números de transacción facilitados, y no hemos localizado ninguna reserva asociada a dichos datos.
Al finalizar el pago en nuestra página web, debió aparecer unnúmero o código de transacción/reserva. Le agradeceríamos que nos facilitara dichonúmero/código para poder verificar correctamente la información en nuestro sistema.
Asimismo, le rogamos nos indique elcorreo electrónico que utilizó al realizar la solicitud de la reserva.
Quedamos a la espera de su respuesta para poder asistirle a la mayor brevedad posible.
