15127275 , les informamos que hemos contactado directamente con la pasajera y hemos revisado en detalle la situación de la reserva.
Tras la gestión realizada, la incidencia ha quedado solucionada satisfactoriamente con la cliente, habiéndose alcanzado una solución entre ambas partes.
Por nuestra parte, consideramos el caso resuelto y cerrado.

Asimismo, se le ha informado de las opciones disponibles y de que la gestión de la reserva sigue activa.
