Pago maleta 10 kg por duplicado

Realice una reserva de vuelo JJM6MT con pago de equipaje de 10 kg online. Al embarcar me especifican que tenia que haberla facturado la maleta, a pesar de ser de 10kg y no tener una clara especificación en el billete de embarque, y ya no me quedaba otra que pagarla nuevamente en la puerta de embarque. Importe que ascendió a 45,99 €. Por ello, solicitó el reembolso dicha cantidad, no solo porque ya la pagué en mi billete online sino porque la Ley 1/2011, de 4 de marzo, por la que se establece el Programa Estatal de Seguridad Operacional para la Aviación Civil, se incluyó contenido adicional relacionado con el equipaje de mano el cual especifica “El transportista estará obligado a transportar de forma gratuita en cabina, como equipaje de mano, los objetos y bultos que el viajero lleve consigo, incluidos los artículos adquiridos en las tiendas situadas en los aeropuertos. Únicamente podrá denegarse el embarque de estos objetos y bultos en atención a razones de seguridad, vinculadas al peso o al tamaño del objeto, en relación con las características de la aeronave”, por lo que podría no sólo reclamar los 45,99 € sino el importe adicional de 29,99 € que pagué en mi billete online por la maleta de 10 kg, lo que supondría un total de 75,98 €.
