Pago abusivo por transportar maleta en cabina

Hola. Mediante la web de Edreams compre unos billetes de Ryanair para la vuelta desde Nápoles a Madrid, seleccionando la opción de maleta en cabina (gasto que ya me parece excesivo) sin prioridad (otro pago que no debería de haber). Una vez ya en en el embarque nos pararon a mi acompañante y a mi porque al parecer debíamos haber facturado las maletas, cosa extraña ya que no seleccioné esa opción al comprar los billetes. Nos RETUVIERON los DNI en la puerta en embarque hasta que abonáramos 92.80€ por las dos maletas que cumplen los estándares que anteriormente había pagado.Me gustaría reclamar, no solo ese sobrecoste, sino también el precio de llevar la maleta en cabina, cosa que otras compañías ya no hacen.

BuenasAl realizar la compra del billete en NINGÚN MOMENTO se seleccionó por mi parte la opción de facturar la maleta, siempre he comprado la opción de llevar a bordo la maleta de mano (otro costo abusivo por parte de su compañía), que es lo que estoy reclamando, aparte de la RETENCIÓN ILEGAL que sufrimos.Y por eso vuelvo a EXIGIR el reembolso de ese dinero pagado de más (92,80€) en el momento del embarque.Saludos

Buenas:Sigo estando en disconformidad con la respuesta que me dan. Les repito, en ningún momento se selecciono la opción de facturación de equipaje por mi parte, aparte de que la Sentencia de 17 de junio de 2022 por el juzgado Mercantil Número 1 de Madrid dictaminó que el transportista está obligado a transportar de forma gratuita en cabina el equipaje de mano, los objetos y bultos que el viajero lleve consigo, incluidos los artículos adquiridos en las tiendas situadas en los aeropuertos. Únicamente se podrá denegar el embarque de estos objetos y bultos en atención por razones de seguridad, vinculadas al peso y tamaño del objeto, en relación con las características de la nave, y nuestros equipajes pasaron los controles en el aeropuerto.por ello, solicito de nuevo el reembolso de la cuantía que se nos cobró. Adjunto de nuevo la imagen de la factura para que quede constancia.

Sigo esperando respuesta por su parte.
