No se me ha aplicado descuento de residente

Hola, Soy residente en Baleares. realicé una reserva de un vuelo ida y vuelta Palma-Jerez y no se me ha alocado el descuento del 75% por ser residente en Baleares. En su página web al realizar la búsqueda de los vuelos se indica que el descuento de residente se aplicará a la hora de hacer el pago y no se ha aplicado. Llamo a atención al cliente y no me solucionan el problema y tampoco me quieren cancelar y devolver el dinero de la reserva para que yo pueda hacer una nuev reserva en otra plataforma donde sí apliquen el descuento de residente.
