No permiten el embarque a un menor con autorización

Buenos días, El día de hoy Ryanair no ha permitido el embarque al hijo de mi pareja (15 años) en un vuelo Tenerife -Valencia por ser un menor que viajaba solo aún habiendo pedido para este vuelo y tener en su poder una autorización especial solicitada por su madre en la comisaría de Policía Nacional de Santa Cruz de Tenerife En nuestra visita a la comisaría de policía los agentes nos informan de que NO es necesario solicitar autorización para un menor siempre que el vuelo no salga de España.Por esta decisión de Ryanair, el niño ha perdido el vuelo de ida, no podrá usar el de vuelta y además le han fastidiado el puente de la Constitución que iba a pasar con su familia de Valencia.
