Buenos días. Realice una reserva para el sábado 11 de abril con get your guide, por causas ajenas a mi, me cancelaron el vuelo por lo que no pude llegar a la actividad. Me información a las 4.00 am del 10 de abril de que cancelaban mi vuelo y que se me reubicaría en el vuelo de las 14.00 pm del 11 de abril por lo que no podía llegar a la actividad de ninguna forma. Desde la app de get your guide no me dieron ninguna solución, ni aplazamiento de la actividad, ni reembolso, cambio para otros días. Me gustaría una solución. Gracias y un saludo
