Hemos intentado ponernos en contacto con el reclamante para dar seguimiento a su reclamación, pero no hemos recibido respuesta a los correos enviados.
Para poder resolver la situación, necesitamos que nos indique si existe otra dirección de correo electrónico del cliente o un número de teléfono alternativo.
En caso de no recibir respuesta, lamenmente no podremos avanzar con la resolución de la reclamación.
