NO DEVUELVE EL DINERO DE DEPOSITO DE GARANTIA

HOLA,QUIERO RECLAMAR A LA EMPRESA IBERDROLA COMERCIALIZACION PORQUE NO DEVUELVE EL DINERO DE DEPOSITO DE GARANTIA DE DOS CONTRATOS .EL MES DE OCTUBRE DEL ANO 2020 HEMOS SOLICITADO DAR LA BAJA DE DOS DIRECCIONES DE MI EMPRESA,Y CADA UNO DE ELLOS HEMOS PAGADO LA FIANZA DE DEPOSITO DE GARANTIA A LA EMPRESA ANTERIOR QUE ES LA COMPANIA NATURGY,ANTES LLAMABAN UNION FENOSA QUE LLEVAMOS DESDE 2011 HASTA EL ANO 2019 .EN EL ANO 2020 HEMOS CAMBIADO LA COMPANIA,AHORA ESTAMOS CON IBERDROLA.EN PRINCIPIO HE SOLICITADO POR CORREO QUE ME HA DADO ATENCION DE CLIENTE DE IBERDROLA, ES contacto@i-de.es.ESO FUE EL DIA 6 DE OCTUBRE DE 2020,Y DESPUES ME CONTESTARON DIA 13 DE OCTUBRE que para proceder a la devolución del Depósito de Garantía solicitado, es necesario que FACILITE LOS DATOS NECESARIOS DE MI EMPRESA.HE RESPONDIDO BREVEMENTE EL CORREO Y ME PUESTO A ESPERAR.PERO HASTA EL DIA DE HOY 14 DE ENERO DE 2021 NO HE RECIBIDO EL ABONO DE MI DINERO EN MI CUENTA.ESTABA ENFADADA Y VOLVI A LLAMAR LA DISTRIBUIDORA DE IBERDROLA, ME DIJO QUE TENGO QUE FACILITAR LA REFENRENCIA DE LA CARTA ,NO CONOZCO QUE ES LO QUE NECESITABA Y PREGUNTE VARIAS VECES PARA QUE ME EXPLIQUE BIEN .AL FINAL LA CHICA HA COLGADO LA LLAMADA SIN PACIENCIA DE EXPLICARME TANTAS VECES.LA ATENCION DE LA CHICA NO ME GUSTARON,DESPUES HE LLAMADO A IBERDROLA COMERCIAL PARA VER SI PUEDE EXPLICARME MAS CLARAMENTE LO QUE NECESITA,ME DIJO EL CHICO DE ATENCION AL CIENTE QUE ELLOS NO PUEDE DEVOLVER EL DINERO PORQUE ANTES HE PAGADO A NATURGY Y TENGO QUE HABLAR CON ELLOS.PUES LLAME A EMPRESA NATURGY Y ME DIJO QUE ELLOS TAMPOCO PUEDE DEVOLVER MI DINERO PORQUE MI CONTRATO ES DE 2011 NO ES ANTES DE 2009 Y TENGO QUE HABLAR CON IBERDROLA,DESPUES DE TANTAS LLAMADAS NINGUN OPERADOR PUEDE PROCEDER MI SOLICITUD ENTONCES LO HE DAJADO EL PROBLEMA SIN RESOLVER.
