No devolucion cancelacion

Cancele una reserva con el periodo de antelacion para que sea gratuita, pese a ello, llevo desde el 22 de junio esperando una devolucion que la propia empresa dice que es un problema de su sistema. Al cancelar la reserva, yo pedi que se me hiciera la devolucion integra. Pese a ello, su pagina web creo un pago de vuelta de 134 euros y un cupon de 3.60€, algo que yo no pedi. Desde entonces, el pago de 134 € no se ha realizado y pese a varias conversaciones por telefono y dos tickets del servicio al ciente (el primero del qual fue respondido con una respuesta que no tenia nada que ver con el problema), sigue sin solucionarse el problema. Siempre que llamo es lo mismo, es muy raro, es culpa nuestra, le debemos el dinero, lo solucionaremos con prontitud... pero en realidad el plazo se alarga sine die.
