Dear Customer,
The roadside assistance service was charged because it is not included in the rental agreement signed with our company. The mechanical issue was not due to a malfunction of the vehicle; rather, during the rental period, the battery was dead—probably because a light was left on.
We are not responsible if the insurance policy (you bought with the broker) does not cover the incurred expense.
