Modificación ciudad de destino y regreso, no disponible trasporte adecuado

Buenas tardes, hemos realizado un viaje a Sicilia con ida 19/7/23 y regreso 26/07/23.Nuestro aeropuerto de destino era catania ( sin embargo aterrizamos en el aeropuerto de Palermo) desconociendo dicha información hasta el momento del aterrizaje.No pusieron a nuestra disposición ningún trasporte para trasladarnos al aeropuerto de catania( lugar donde teníamos alquilado un coche para desplazarnos. Por este motivo, somos una familia con 3 niños pequeños, tuvimos que alquilar en ese momento un coche para desplazarnos del aeropuerto de Palermo a catania.A si ves en el viaje se vuelta se modifica el aeropuerto de salida ( siendo Trapani) el nuevo aeropuerto, se encuentra a más de 4 horas en coche de catania.Por este motivo tras consultar con la compañía e indicarnos que no nos podían asegurar la l traslado de un aeropuerto a otro necesitamos alquilar un nuevo coche para desplazarnos al ser de Trapani Todo esto nos ha supuesto un aumento considerable de nuestro presupuesto de viaje a su vez una gran necesidad de abandono por parte de la compañía Por ello solicitamos el reembolso de los vuelos y el abono de los gastos por el alquiler de ambos coches.Un saludoGracias
