Me rompieron la maleta en un vuelo

Hola. El día 23 de agosto, en un vuelo Madrid – Dublín, me rompieron la maleta. Inmediatamente recogí la maleta, me dirigí a la oficina de Ryanair a poner la reclamación, en donde me indicaron que después de 5 días, no antes, debía entrar online para solicitar el pago de la maleta, 50€ que ofrecían como compensación. El dia 6 intenté entrar online pero el sistema me daba un error y me sacaba de la pagina, por lo que contacte con atencion al cliente. Despues un largo rato de intentarlo , finalmente, pude hablar con un agente que me indico que debía seguir intentándolo a través del formulario y que si no podia debe ser algun error en el sistema, que si no, lo intentara al dia siguiente. Ese dia pude acceder, pero el sistema me indica que esta fuera de plazo, asiq ue nuevamente contacte con servicio tecnico. Alli, despues de hablar con varios agentes, algunos me indicaron que ya no se podia hacer nada, otros que ya se pondrian en contacto, hasta que uno me dio un email para contactarles. Ese mismo dia envie un email, el cual nunca respondieron, aparentemente habia un error en el email. Postriormente envie otro, que contestaron con un copia pega de los links. Luego otro que contestaron de la misma manera, y otro mas. Finalmente, el dia de hoy, recibo la respuesta indicando que ya no se puede hacer nada, que ya pasaron los 7 dias desde el vuelo, y y los 21 dias en caso de demora. En el caso de los 7 dias, se pasaron porque basados en las propias indicaciones de Ryanair, yo solo podia hacer la solicitud online el día 6, y ese día el sistema no funcionaba. En el caso de los 21 dias, me puse en contacto con ellos mucho antes de los 21, pero justo me contestan cuando ya pasaron los 21 dias, como si estuviera programado de esa manera. Tengo la reclamación que presente en el aeropuerto, acepté la propuesta del pago de los 50€, los he contactado ya muchas veces por chat, llamada e email, pero al final nadie me dio una respuesta y las veces que contestan son respuestas muy ambiguas las cuales no responden a mi reclamación. Espero que me podais dar una respuesta mas clara.Gracias
