Me han cobrado unas tasas

Hola, mi vuelo salía el 19/09/23 a las 09.05, estuve intentado sacar las tarjetas de embarque unos días antes y siempre daba error la página, la noche de ante lo vuelvo a intentar y me indica que llegue antes al aeropuerto y la saques en el mostrador. Bien llege al aeropuerto sobre las 6.30 al acercarme al mostrador la chica me indicó que estaba cerrado que hasta las 7.10 no abrían le dije que tenía una consulta y me indicó lo mismo. Cuando abrieron el mostrador eran las 6:50 y cuando me tocaba me indicó que sacara los billetes por la App estábamos intentándolo y seguía dando error a lo que ya se dispuso hacerlo ella por el ordenador todavía no era las 7’05 cuando parecía que se puso hacer tiempo y justo a las 7’05 nos indica que tenemos que pagar las tarjetas de embarque por no haberlo hecho antes de las 7’05. Le indiqué que llegue al aeropuerto y fui hacia ella a lo que no me dejó informarle de nada hasta que no abrieran. Si tenia que hacerlo antes de las 7’05 porque no me atiendo antes ya que la página web daba error y no dejaba sacar las tarjetas.
