Hice un viaje a Viena este fin de semana y me han cobrado el equipaje dos veces. Además, el vuelo llegó con más de una hora de retraso y perdí el enlace de tren. En vez de 22.30 llegué a las 12.00. Gracias, pero el equipaje está cobrado en el viaje de ida y de vuelta, y era sólo maleta de mano de 10 KGr. Es un error suyo. Y lo que agradecería sería la devolución de una de las tasas al menos. Quedo en espera de su respuesta
