Estimados/as señores/as:Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque hice la reserva de un vuelo, pero por asuntos personales tuve que realizar una llamada a vuestro servicio de Atención al Cliente para ver si podía hacer algún cambio o modificación. Solo me aparecía un número de Reino Unido, así que llame ahí. La persona (mujer) que me atendió no tuvo en ningún momento miramiento ni por el idioma (hablo un nivel alto de inglés, pero mi lenguaje materno es el español) ni por los problemas técnicos que tenía, ya que no se le escuchaba nada bien. Por estos dos motivos estuvimos hablando 35:36 minutos sin resolverme nada, cosa que me costó la bestial cifra de 74,73€. De hecho, lo único que hizo fue darme un número de teléfono para hablar con el servicio de Atención al Cliente en español que, luego, resulta que no funcionaba.SOLICITO la devolución de dicho importe (74,73€), ya que siento que todo este proceso fue una estafa.Sin otro particular, atentamente.

Hello Emila,I haven't received any amount on my accounts. There are two cards that we don't have anymore because they expired and maybe you refunded the money there.
