Información errónea

Hola, al realizar la reserva del vuelo con fecha 19/8 a las 00:05 llamé en dos ocasiones distintas a atención al cliente de Ryanair para informarme si el vuelo se realizaría la noche del 19-20 o del 18-19, y me informar dos personas distintas de que el vuelo se realiza la noche del 19-20. Al llegar la semana del viaje, al ampliarse la información de facturación veo que debo estar el dia 18 a las 22:00 en aeropuerto, vuelvo a llamar a atención al cliente y me informan de que el vuelo es de la noche del 18-19. Esto provoca que tenga que coger otro vuelo porque las fechas eran desde el día 19 y la única solución que me dan es que ponga una reclamación para revisar las llamadas, tras días y diversos correos, no han sido capaces de darme más solución. Al final tuve que pagar otro avión y una noche en el hotel quedó sin usar, me explican cómo hasta dos personas de su compañía me dan información errónea y que no sea posible contactar para reclamar de ninguna manera como me han dicho
