Ineficientes en aduanas

Realicé un pedido a una web de UK hará más de un mes. La fecha de entrega era el 22/09, fecha desde la que el paquete ha sido retenido en aduana. Vuestro personal ha demostrado de forma reiterada una tremenda ineficacia, inutilidad y falta de profesionalidad al no saber qué documentación se requería desde el inicio, haciéndome enviar múltiples documentos repetidas veces y ya por último ni siquiera responder a mis consultas sobre el seguimiento, llevando si tener ningún tipo de update desde hace casi 3 semanas. A fecha de hoy, sigo sin recibir el paquete.
