Nos referimos a la reclamación de MARTA GÓMEZ-MASCARAQUE MORALES.
En nombre de Ryanair, le pedimos sinceras disculpas por el retraso del vuelo FR3059 desde MAH-MAD el día 14 de julio de 2026.
Se retrasó debido a un impacto con un ave sufrido por la aeronave que operaba el vuelo, una circunstancia ajena al control de Ryanair.
Asimismo, el Reglamento (CE) n.º 261/2004 exige a las compañías aéreas facilitar el aviso previsto en el artículo 14.2 durante la facturación y distribuirlo en caso de incidencias en los vuelos. Para cumplir con esta obligación, Ryanair facilitó dicho aviso durante el proceso de facturación en línea. De este modo, los pasajeros tuvieron la oportunidad de consultar la información sobre sus derechos y acceder a ella en todo momento antes de la salida.
Además, se envió un correo electrónico a todos los pasajeros afectados por el retraso de este vuelo, proporcionándoles acceso al aviso relativo al Reglamento (CE) n.º 261/2004.
Le confirmamos que los pasajeros embarcaron en el vuelo afectado. Dado que este suceso queda fuera de nuestro control, consideramos que no estamos obligados a abonar la compensación económica prevista en el artículo 7 del Reglamento (CE) n.º 261/2004 en este caso.
