Indemnización EU261

He enviado una consulta por mi vuelo del día 2 de septiembre, que debía partir a las 09:25 de Edimburgo (y aterrizar a las 13:20 de España) y terminó despegando alrededor de las 13 de Edimburgo (y aterrizando a las 16:50 de España).Se rechazó mi reclamo (número de referencia 39873309) argumentando que el retraso fue por cuestiones climáticas, pero esto no es cierto. Si bien estaba pronosticado tiempo inestable para ese día, finalmente salió el sol (lo sé porque tuvimos que esperar al sol). Se puede ver en esta página que el día terminó siendo parcialmente soleado a soleado: https://www.timeanddate.com/weather/uk/edinburgh/historicPor si fuera poco, en los anuncios se mencionó que había que esperar otro avión porque el que íbamos a abordar tenía problemas técnicos, y finalmente en el nuevo avión tanto el piloto como el asistente de viaje indicaron que debíamos demorarnos aún más porque había que cargar combustible y esperar a que un inspector diera el visto bueno.Mi segundo reclamo (40071121) no ha tenido respuesta. Exijo una indemnización tanto para mí como para mi esposa por el tiempo demorado y por el dinero extra que tuve que gastar para el hospedaje de mis mascotas.

Gonzalo:Usted no ha presentado ninguna prueba de lo que dice, cuando yo he demostrado cuáles fueron las condiciones climáticas ese día. NUNCA se mencionó que las condiciones climáticas fueran un problema. Si lo que usted dice fuera cierto, ¿por qué se nos dijo que había desperfectos técnicos en el avión y que había que esperar a que llegara otro? ¿Por qué tuvimos que esperar a pleno sol? ¿Por qué, ya en el avión, tuvimos que esperar a la carga de combustible y a que el inspector diera el visto bueno? Todo esto expresado por distintos empleados a lo largo de las cuatro horas de retraso en el despegue. Exijo que cumplan con su responsabilidad y que se respeten mis derechos para no tener que pasar a mayores.
