Estimados/as señores/as:Con fecha 13/12/2023 contraté con su empresa el envío de un paquete con numero 31830772046805, y siendo una de las condiciones pactadas que el paquete llegaría a su destino antes del 18/12/2023.El paquete no ha sido entregado.Además el pedido ha salido a reparto en 2 ocasiones, y debería de ser entregado en un parcel shop autorizado por vosotros, pero no ha sido posible supuestamente por saturación del parcel shop, cosa que no es problema del cliente. Además el parcel shop se les ha llamado y han negado esto. Por si esto fuera poco el teléfono de la oficina que tiene el paquete no coge el teléfono para ayudar al cliente. Por tanto se solicita una solución inmediata.SOLICITO una solución inmediata, bien entregando el paquete en el parcel shop correspondiente, entrega en domicilio del destinatario o indicar como recoger el paquete, ya que los problemas de entrega son ajenos al cliente.Sin otro particular, atentamente. Buenos díasOs recuerdo, que este centro autorizado de parcel Shop es autorizado por vosotros, y seleccionable en el momento de contratar el servicio de recogida en un parcel shop, no es problema ni responsabilidad del cliente que vuestro centro autorizado no recepcione los paquetes. Además el niega eso que estais diciendo, por lo que alguien esta mintiendo. Lo peor es que no dais facilidades al cliente en estos casos, como cambiar el parcel shop como comentas o que sea entregado en la dirección del destinatario, al final el afectado final es el cliente sin recibir el paquete.
