Hotel cierra y no devuelve la reserva

Realice una reserva (En diciembre de 2025) en un hotel para el 6-8 de marzo, me he enterado por terceras partes que el hotel cierra sus puertas y cambia de empresa gestora, desde booking no solo no me confirmaron cancelación ni cierre del hotel en una primera reclamación si no que en una segunda (ya habiendo confirmado por mi mismo con el propio hotel que se encuentra cerrado) no me dan solución alguna mas que instarme a hablar y llevar con los anteriores dueños del hotel para que ellos realicen la devolución, los cuales obviamente no responden el teléfono. Para colmo se ha rechazado la solicitud de cancelación de mi reserva sin cargo
