Writing to lodge a formal complaint and to request a full and urgent refund of the amounts paid via your platform for the Reggaeton Beach Festival 2026 event in Tenerife. On 10 September 2025, I purchased the relevant ticket via Enterticket.
At the time of purchase, I also took out the 'Refund Insurance Included' policy, as shown on the attached invoice/ receipt. Given that the organisers of the Reggaeton Beach Festival have officially cancelled the entire 2026 tour, l am legally entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
I would also like to add that, having specifically taken out refund insurance cover, I demand a refund of the face value of the ticket together with the full amount of any
administration costs/service charges levied, given that the policy covers the total loss of the purchase cost. I therefore request that the refund be processed as soon as possible via the same payment method used for the purchase.
