FACTURACION DE EQUIPAJE

Realice un vuelo desde Malaga a Vitoria-Gasteiz el 28 de Septiembre de 2023. No me fue requerido en ningún momento la facturacion de mi equipaje, una mochila de 25 litros que encajó sin ningun problema en el cajon superior del asiento. Cuando voy a realizar la vuelta el 3 de Octubre de 2023, la persona encargada del embarque me informa que mi equipaje no cumple las medidas necesarias y que debo realizar la facturacion, realizandome un cargo de 46 euros con el que no contaba en absoluto en mi presupuesto. No fui el unico afectado por este hecho, hubieron mas personas que no tenian nada que ver conmigo que tambien se encontraron con la misma situacion. Por suerte tenia el dinero, no se me dio ninguna otra opción. Intente mediar con ambas trabajadoras quienes no ofrecieron solucion alguna, incluso no ofreciendome ninguna informacion para poder contactar con la empresa que lo gestiona. Si no hubiera tenido el dinero, me quedo en una ciudad totalmente desconocida, sin alojamiento y sin presupuesto para absolutamente nada. Solicito el reembolso de los 46 euros por la facturacion de una maleta que cumple los requisitos para ir en cabina, ya que la primera vez que realice el vuelo los pase sin problemas, por la situacion que se me podria haber generado al no contar con el dinero y por la situacion que se genero al tener que realizar ese desembolso que me dejo sin opcion de transporte una vez en Malaga.Un saludo y gracias, Rafael Cuadra.

La referencia del vuelo que realicé el 3 de octubre de 2023 es: XESQWL. Después de consultarlo con personas de mi círculo con formación jurídica, solicito, por segunda vez: el reembolso completo de los gastos de facturación de mi mochila de viaje(46€). No es, bajo ninguna afirmación, justa la situación en la que me ví. Es una irresponsabilidad y a falta de un mayor estudio, una ilegalidad. Permitir que un cliente realice un viaje, sin necesidad de facturar nada y que a su vuelta se le requiera facturación de equipaje, portando exactamente el mismo bulto que a la ida, es algo que no se puede permitir. La incertidumbre de tener o no el importe necesario, puesto que no contaba en absoluto con ese cargo, para realizar la facturación es una sensación que no se la recomiendo a nadie.
