During the month of February I have been traveling through Argentina. I have chosen Revolut to do many of my purchases and payments in Argentina. Argentinian government decided in November '22 to allow users of foreign cards to use 'Dólar MEP' rate. This rate is quite more beneficial than the official existing rate. Revolut surprisingly doesn't offer the tourist rates to customers. How is possible? How is it possible that Revolut Bank UAB which presumably do not impose any additional margins on exchange rates may not benefit its customers with a decision that is governmental? How is it possible that he penalizes us in this way? A card that boasts of having the best exchange rates...I have lost close to €400 for this Revolut decision. €400 for using Revolut instead of my other cards.I demand a solution, a compensation.Best regards,Laura
