Estimados/as señores/as:  Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque [Por favor, detalla aquí el contenido de tu reclamación]  SOLICITO […].  Un dia acepté un cobro por la cantidad de 1€ para hace una prueba gratis de 3 minutos en dicha página, la cual realicé con Apple play, luego de esto se inició una suscripción automática que nunca acepté por el valor de 29,99 y posteriormente se hizo otro cargo por 4,99 que tampoco acepté. Los cobros se han hecho de manera automática sin mi autorización y de manera fraudulenta, he intentado comunicarme con la página por correo electrónico y no recibo ninguna respuesta. Exijo la devolución de los cargos realizados ya que estoy siendo victima de estafa por parte de esta empresa Sin otro particular, atentamente. Recuerda no incluir ningún dato personal o sensible, ni tuyo ni de un tercero, como puede ser nombre, apellidos, DNI, número de teléfono, dirección postal, cuenta y tarjeta bancaria, email…
