En relación con la reclamación 14919450, les confirmamos que los billetes de vuelo se encuentran correctamente emitidos y la reserva está confirmada con el localizador RV7J3P y Q6VG6.
Asimismo, hemos informado al pasajero sobre los pasos necesarios para acceder a la reserva y descargar los billetes correspondientes, el billete no es reembolsable una vez emitido.
Es posible que la factura aún no haya sido recibida por correo electrónico, sin embargo, la reserva se encuentra activa y completamente válida, y transmitiremos la factura al cliente.
