Compré un par de vuelos (para dos personas) ida y vuelta Amsterdam- Sofía para la fecha 22/12/2020.En mas de 9 ocasiones he intentado contactar con ESKY. Envié 3 formularios de reclamación para que se me hiciese el reembolso de los billetes y por supuesto nadie se ha dignado a enviar un email en el que diga en que estado se encuentra mi reembolso. Recibi un email donde decian que mi reembolso se estaba procesando, nada mas. En su pagina web ( https://www.esky.es/ ) dicen que el reembolso depende de la aerolinea con la que se contratan los vuelos.Me pongo en contacto con la aerolinea con la que tenemos los vuelos y me dicen que no es posible que ellos tramiten nada ya que el email de reserva lo tienen con ESKY, cosa imposible de reclamar ya que no tienen numero de telefono ni email de contacto. Miro en la politica de reclamaciones de la aerolinea y dicen que se suele tramitar el reembolso entre 4-6 semanas.He leido a personas que dicen llevar esperando mas de 7 meses el reembolso de los billetes y que siguen respondiendo con evasivas.Esta empresa es una estafa, no tienen ninguna intencion de devolver el dinero que nos corresponde ni es posible contactar con ellos. Quizas pierda el dinero de esos vuelos pero espero que a muchos les sirva para no hacer ningun tipo de tramite con esta plataforma.
