Dear Tobi W., As a customer of your platform, it is impossible for me to provide direct evidence, since the control of the search engine and navigation data belongs to your domain. However, I understand that you can check the searches made on May 3rd, 2025, around 7:00 p.m. (Spain time). On that occasion, the query “Dubrovnik, Croatia” was entered into the search engine, and the platform returned accommodation results in Ragusa. Later, the same website displayed additional accommodations in Ragusa, Italy, even though no search had been made for that area, and several searches had been conducted exclusively for different cities in Croatia. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue to determine whether it was a system error or a data mismatch in the search engine. Kind regards,
