Error foto dni en la cerificacion

Tengo la reserva YI5TTR, cuando intento verificar mi Dni , no consigo que me deje continuar me da el mensaje que revise, lo del encuadre, brillos etc Lo he probado mas de 25 veces y nada, y estan enfocades, todos lis bordes visibles y sin brillos, y nada, no puedo. Pueden ayudarme ? Los dias pasan, pensé que seria un problema de un día, pero lo he intentado en diferentes días y en otro móvil, y nada. Tambien lo intenté con la exprés y lo mismo, solo que tengo un pago en mi tarjeta y no pude verificar. Me sabe mal ser mal pensada, pero no es normal, no es tan dificil hacer unas fotos enfocadas, sin brillàs y encuadradas. No me respondan que lo vaya probando, porque estoy aburrida de hacerlo. Espero una respuesta , que solucione mi problema. Un saludo
