Error en la facturación online, cobro por realizarlo en el aeropuerto

La app para poder realizar la facturación online me daba error y al llegar al aeropuerto me han cobrado 30€ por cada pasaje solo por imprimir la tarjeta de embarque

Buenas tardes, Les adjunto foto con los detalles del vuelo, añadiendo también que el vuelo de ida finalmente salio c0n retraso por lo que la hora de facturación se podría haber igualmente atrasado sin problema, comentarles también que el vuelo de vuelta salio con más de 2 horas de retraso, Muchas gracias, Un saludon

Destacar la facturación en el aeropuerto, así como la emisión de la tarjeta de embarque en el mismo, conllevan el pago de tasas.
