Acusamos recibo de su correspondencia en nomnrbe del Sr. Miguel Fernández-Nespral.
Entendemos que esta reclamación se refiere al cambio de nombre de los pasajeros de la reserva J2LP7E.
Tenga en cuenta que el cliente solo puede cambiar el nombre y apellidos del pasajero durante las primeras 48 horas posteriores a la reserva, en caso de que haya cometido un error al reservar el vuelo.
Por ejemplo, si el cliente indicó XXX como apellido y XXX como nombre, podrá cambiarlos sin coste alguno si lo hace dentro de las primeras 48 horas posteriores a la reserva.
Además, el cliente puede corregir errores ortográficos de hasta 3 caracteres por nombre sin coste alguno.
Para cualquier otro cambio, se aplicará un cargo.
