Engaño solutono

Metí mal la fecha de caducidad de los pasaportes de la reserva GT2KSH después de haber hecho la facturación. Llamo al teléfono que aparece como contacto en la aplicación de Ryanair. Contesta solutono y me dice que como ya he hecho la facturación la única forma de modificar ese dato es con ellos con un coste de 40€ por pasajero y que si no lo hago con ellos tendré que pagarlo en el aeropuerto por un importe de 55€. No me dan más posibilidades o lo hago con ellos o luego me va a salir más caro. Accedo y pago 120 € ya que son 3 cambios de fecha. Cuando desde la web se Ryanair voy a descargar las tarjetas veo que hay una opción para cambiar datos de pasajeros de forma gratuita y hasta 4 horas antes del embarque y tras haber hecho la facturación y la fecha de caducidad del documento está habilitada con lo que se puede modificar sin necesidad de rehacer tarjetas de embarques, lo contrario a lo que me dijeron en solutono. Ellos me dijeron que tenían que cancelar checking y volver a facturar lo cual es falso ya que la fecha de caducidad se puede cambiar desde la web sin necesidad de cancelar facturación. Es decir ellos me dicen que obligadamente lo tengo que hacer con ellos o en el aeropuerto cuando es un trámite gratuito desde la web! Me engañaron, con lo que solicito el reembolso ya que accedí a pagarlo por haberme dado una información falsa

Quiero añadir que no entiendo por qué solutono tiene acceso a mis reservas de Ryanair si yo no reservé los billetes ni con ellos ni con ninguna agencia. Por mucho que yo les diera mi mail y número de referencia, mis datos Ryanair no se deberían proporcionar sin dar mi contraseña.

Buenas. Si está Solutono servicios externalizados s.l. no tiene relación con Ryanair y yo compré los billetes directamente en Ryanair ¿Por qué Solutono dándole mi email y número de referencia tienen acceso a mis datos? Yo para ver mis datos necesito además mi contraseña, que Solutono obviamente no tiene. Yo no había contactado con esa empresa en ningún momento antes de hacerlo cuando tuve el problema y ahí ellos tuvieron acceso a mis datos, no sólo como consulta sino también para modificarlos. ¿Por qué Ryanair permite acceso a mis datos cuando yo compré el billete directamente en Ryanair sin ningún intermediario?
