Finally, after many requests, I have been informed about why my account has been blocked. After explaining the situation, it has been told by one of your employees that the block is unfair, however, you cannot technically take down the block from my account. Even though, you are treating me unfairly, from a contractual point of view; after asking to delete my account and all my personal data, you regret to do so:
· affirming that Vinted needs my data in order to keep your interests, like blocking my account (the account does not need to be blocked if it is eliminated). Your legitime interests are not balanced with my interests (interests that you affirm to know, despite I insist in my interest on deleting my data from your databases)
· I gave my data in order to use your service, as I cannot use your service due to your decision, I want my data eliminated, it is my legitime right to handle my data. I am not interested in initiating a session on your platform, I don't want that you follow my activity in your platform, I don't want to communicate with other members of vinted, I don't want to use your client service.
· I want you to delete all my data, as I don't give you any consent and I do not want that you use my data based on your legitime interest.
