El seguro no me atendió

Hola, el pasado 11 de enero, compré dos billetes de avión con la compañía Ryanair (reservas IRFCSR y AJVQTJ) con destino a Sofia. En la reserva adquirí el seguro que me ofrecían de XCOVER con números de referencia (XZ2SN-QUEZU-INS y B8ABX-KLHBK-INS). Lamentablemente, un mes mas tarde, sobre el 13 de febrero, mi traumatólogo me detectó una grave fractura por estrés en el pié, por lo que el especialista me recomendó no andar para poder solucionar el problema. Como un mes más tarde, la cosa seguía igual, le envié al seguro ambas reclamaciones, con los informes médicos y los partes médicos con la baja por incapacidad laboral, con la intención de anular ambos pasajes (ida el 8 y vuelta el 12 de abril) ofreciéndoles la posibilidad de obtener como un bono para futuros viajes, por el valor de lo pagado, a lo que recibí dos SMS informándome que habían recibido mi escrito y que se pondrían en contacto conmigo, bien por email o por teléfono, en el caso de que necesitaran más información o documentos. Como veía que no me escribían, ni llamaban, lo intenté vía telefónica con Ryanair, recibiendo la contestación que si cambiaba los billetes, el precio solo del cambio sería mucho mayor y que EL SEGURO NO VALIA PARA NADA). Por eso, les dirijo este escrito, ya que creo que según las condiciones del seguro, los billetes estaban asegurados y no me explico, que trabajadores de la misma compañía digan que el seguro no vale para nada.
