I am writing to you because you have charged me twice the price of my vehicle rental. My contract number is 34/0991976. I attach the contract and the supporting documents for the two charges. They charged me on August 4 when I rented it at the Termini office in Rome. On August 4 I paid 214.86 euros at the office (104.54 euros rent + 110.32 deposit) and today, August 8, they charged me again for 104.54 euros for the contract. They have not returned my deposit either.
I request that the last payment be canceled in duplicate and that the deposit be returned to me.
