Devolución período no utilizado

Soy socio del club David Lloyd de Málaga, y mi actividad principal en el club es la natación. Entre los días 12 y 20 de agosto no pude hacer uso de la piscina porque estaba en mantenimiento, por lo que reclamo la devolución de la parte de mi cuota correspondiente a esos días. Hice esta petición al club por email en agosto y no he tenido respuesta.

Buenas tardes.En respuesta a la reclamación solicitada.  El socio en cuestión ha formado parte del club desde 2016, pasando por diferentes empresas gestoras, ACB Aviva, Grupo Accura y por último David Lloyd.Desde la apertura en 2013 se ha realizado anualmente el cierre técnico de piscina por limpieza y mantenimiento general, siempre en las fechas coincidentes con la semana de feria de Málaga, periodo de más baja afluencia de socios. La información de estos cierres técnicos es comunicada anualmente a la junta de Andalucía tras las inspecciones sanitarias anuales pertinentes.También se refleja en el manual del socio, normativa por la que se rigen los Clubs David Lloyd, que: " Así mismo, si se cree necesario, la Dirección del Club puede cerrar las instalaciones por motivos de limpieza y mantenimiento".Dicho párrafo se menciona en el apartado CInstalaciones deportivasPiscinas.   Se adjunta el manual.  Entendemos que el socio es conocedor de esta práctica desde el año 2016, además de informarse concretamente en la normativa por la que deben regirse tanto los socios como sus invitados. 1.- Efectivamente soy socio del club desde septiembre de 2016, y desde entonces mi relación con el club se ha regido por la Normativa General que ustedes me enviaron el 27/08/2023 y por el acuerdo verbal que permitía a los socios una baja temporal de hasta un mes por vacaciones. Desde 2016 he hecho uso de esa cláusula verbal.2.- Este año, por primera vez, se me ha denegado la baja temporal por vacaciones con el argumento de que no está recogido en la Normativa General.3.- Como consecuencia, este año, también por primera vez, he sufrido el cierre de las instalaciones de agua, de ahí mi queja precisamente este año.4.- En la Normativa General, en el apartado 1, Horarios, no se dice nada de dicho cierre, de modo que yo me inscribí en el club desconociéndolo, y de ahí mi queja y mi reclamación
