Devolución dinero de la facturación bolsa

Quería poner una reclamación/denuncia/queja por un asunto relacionado con mi bolsa pequeña de viaje. En el vuelo Alicante a Viena, FR 916198, del domingo 19 de noviembre de 2023, con mi reserva QKC83G, me obligaron a facturar una bolsa de viaje pequeña pagando una diferencia de 46€, como sólo llevaba metálico les di un billete de 50€ pero no tenían cambio. La cuestión es que esa bolsa de viaje pequeña ya la había utilizado varias veces en los vuelos de Ryanair sin ningún tipo de facturación y sin ningún problema. Es más, en el viaje de vuelta de Viena a Madrid, esta misma bolsa pequeña de viaje pasó sin problema. Por otro lado me dijeron que me iban a enviar a mi email la factura de la facturación de la bolsa y devolverme los 4 euros que había pagado de más a mi tarjeta de crédito, y no he recibido nada todavía. Por lo que puede ser que hasta el dinero en metalico se lo hayan quedado las mismas azafatas. Más aún, cuando llego al avión no me facturan la bolsa pequeña de viaje y me hacen llevar la bolsa de viaje debajo del asiento de delante en los pies. Es decir, no me dan el servicio de facturación que he pagado. Por lo que por las 3 razones anteriores quiero que me devuelvam el dinero de la facturación que me cobraron sin ningún motivo. Tengo fotos (les envío la foto de la bolsa de viaje a mis pies) y testigos de lo ocurrido.

Ya que han localizado que sí había pagado por lo menos los 46€, aunque fueron 50€, quiero que me devuelvan por lo menos esa cantidad por las 3 razones que expuse en la primera reclamación o los llevaré a juicio.

Ya sé que el servicio de facturación en el aeropuerto conlleva tasas, pero como les dije en mi primera reclamación hace casi dos meses:-Me obligaron a facturar la mochilla cuando esa mochilla cabía a los pies del asiento delantero y es una mochila que llevé en el vuelo de vuelta de Ryanair sin facturar, y en más vuelos de Ryanair anteriores sin facturar. -Una vez facturada, al final me dijeron que la subiera al avión y la metiera debajo del asiento de delante en mis pies (les adjunté fotos en mi primera reclamación). Por lo que no pienso pagar por un servicio que ni si quiera me han dado.Por estas dos razones quiero que me devuelvan el dinero de la facturación de mi mochila o iré a juicio.Gracias.
