Hola. Hice una reserva de un coche el día 03/11/2023 para recoger el día 07/12/2023 se me confirmó la reserva y se realizó el pago el día 21/11/2023. El día siete cuando fui a recoger el coche el empleado me dijo que no había disponibilidad de coche y que nos habían cancelado la reserva, pero en mi correo llegó ese mismo día la reconfirmación. He reclamado varias veces la devolución del pago y sigo esperando después de dos meses.
